Shannon Gaels Summer Camp
Our popular summer camp is being run again this year from 4th July to 8th July. This camp has always been very popular and spaces will be limited. You can book your child’s place by contacting Tracey on 0862441985. Cost per child first child €70, second €60 and third €50. Age 6 to 12 years.
Mens Fixture
Our Intermediate team play Ballinameen this Sunday 5th June at 6pm in Croghan.
Carrick’s Fittest Club
As part of Carrick Carnival this year Shannon Gaels are taking part in Carricks Fittest Club on Bank Holiday Monday 6th June from 2 to 6pm at Quays Carrick on Shannon. Come out and support Fintan, Tess, Shane and Elaine as they take on the challenge for the club. Sponsor cards in local shops and pubs.
Ladies Round-up
Our ladies were beaten in the league game on Sunday in Croghan by Boyle.
Our U12’s played Kilbride last Tuesday evening which finished up with a draw. They now away to Kilglass on Monday at 7pm.
Shannon Gaels Bucket Collection
The annual bucket collection will be held on Saturday next in and around Carrick on Shannon. We would ask you to support this fundraiser.
Cash for Clobber
Our cash for clobber will also be collected over the next two weeks. If you have any clothes, curtains, duvets etc to get rid of please leave them in bags in the dressing rooms in Croghan.

There was no winner of the jackpot. The winning numbers of 3,4,20 and 28. Other winners were Frank O Hara – Croghan, Sean Murray – Killukin, Gerard Flanagan – Toorymartin, Thoams Taylor – Dacklin and Barry Ryan – Croghan. Next draw takes place on Saturday 11th of June in Gings with a jackpot of €2,600.
