Results and Fixtures

Well done to all who took part in the Under 8 Go Games football blitz which was hosted by St Michaels at Ardcarne Park last Saturday. Thanks to all parents and coaches who helped out and also to the visiting teams from St. Ronans, Kilmore, St. Barrys and Kilglass Gaels.

Our under 14 boys have their first game of the championship at home this Thursday at 7.30pm against Ballinameen/Elphin.

The Under 16 boys start their championship campaign next Sunday at Ardcarne Park with Kilglass/Barrys providing the opposition.

After a thrilling encounter against Strokestown which culminated in a two point loss our under 12 girls travel to Croghan to take on Shannon Gaels on Monday evening 21st June at 7.30pm.

St Michaels’ Cumann na mBunscol winners

Well done to Gary Corcoran who captained Ballyfarnon NS in the final of the Cuman na mBunscoil last Thursday.

Well done to the boys from Cootehall NS on winning the 3/4 teacher primary soccer schools county title at Donamon last Friday.

St Michaels GAA Lotto

The club lotto draw will take place in Henrys Bar next Sunday night for a jackpot of €6,100.

Open Evening

The Roscommon team and Management are holding an open evening for supporters at St Faithleach’s GAA Club – the home club of the Murtagh Brothers, Brian, Ciaráin and Diarmuid tomorrow (Monday 20th). The open evening will start at 7pm and supporters will be able to watch the team take part in training and also meet the players and get autographs and pictures. This is a free event and will be the only opportunity to meet the team before they meet Galway in the Connacht Final which is on Sunday July 10th.
