Work has begun at on the first phase of the new upgrades at Roscommon Racecourse.
The Tote Building is currently being demolished and will be reconstructed in time for the new season.
Internal walls and almost half the Roof have already been removed since this photo was taken.
The work forms part of a €1m refurbishment of the course which will also include a complete revamp of the Restaurant; a major refurbishment of the current Weigh Room, Jockeys facilities and Ambulance Bay, and the extension of the Parade Ring.
The first Meeting of the Season takes place on the evening of Monday May 9th.
