Kilbride Congratulates
Congratulations to Aoife Griffen who the Connacht Scór Sinsear Sean Nos dancing title in lecarrow on Saturday night.Next stop for Aoife is the All Ireland finals in Killarney on the 2nd April.
Liam Bracken received his GAA President’s award at a banquet in Croke Park on Friday night. This was a great honour for Liam and his family and also for Kilbride GAA club.
Well done to Conor Devaney and Henry Walsh who were instrumental in excellent wins for the Roscommon seniore and U21 team at the weekend. Roscommon U21’s play Sligo in the Connacht semi-final on Saturday in Markievicz Park at 5pm.
Congrats also to the Kilbride members of the Western Warriors basketball team who won the Shannonside league shield final in Castlerea on Sunday evening. Panel members included Aoife Feely , Erica Feely , Sandra Shanagher, Niamh Shanagher Amanda Gavigan and Aoife Griffin.
Fixtures and Results
Well done to our senior ladies team who had a good win over St. Marys in the 9 a side league on Saturday morning. Best of luck to them in their first league game next weekend against Western Gaels date time and venue tbc
The U 16 girls shared the spoils with St. Michaels in their second league game on Sunday morning, Kilbride 1-06 St.Michaels 0-09. best of luck in their next game on Monday 28th March at home versus Western Gaels.
Training
U 14 training has commenced and players will be texted with details of training times.
U 12 training has also commenced and continues this week indoors in Kilbride Centre on Wednesday evening from 7 to 8. All players are requested to bring their gumshield , a drink and €2 towards cost of hall.

Hard luck to Niamh Shanagher, Fiona Tully and the County Minors who lost out to Mayo by a single point in their first game in the Connacht Championship, Good luck to all involved for their game nest Saturday against Leitrim. Venue and time tbc.
