Seven Lots of Roscommon properties went under the hammer at the latest Allsop On-Line Auction, which took place earlier today.
The auction featured a range of properties from residential to commercial and the following is a round-up of how the Roscommon properties fared.
– A lot featuring 2 x two bedroom apartments at Riverwalk, Castlerea sold for €73,000. This was almost double the reserve range of €35-45,000.
– A semi detached four bedroom house at Warren Avenue, Boyle sold for €91,000 has a reserve range of €60-70,000.
– Two detached four bedroom houses near Rooskey (separate lots) sold. One, at Lavagh, sold for €81,000 and the other, at Kilglass Forest Park, sold for €67,000. The properties had reserve ranges of €55-65,000 and €50-60,000 respectively.
– A detached three bedroom house near Ballymurray sold for €109,000, which over four times the opening bid of €25,000.
Elsewhere, there was no offers for a one bedroom derelict cottage in Fairymount, which had a reserve range of €13-17,000 or a half-acre site near Ballyleague which had a reserve range of €5-10,000.
