The students of Roscommon Further Education Centre, Lisnamult are hosting a special Pamper Day in aid of the Marie Keating Foundation, next Tuesday, May 16th.
The public are invited to come along on the day and avail of special treats such as facial, nail file and polish, hairdressing etc. There will be Pots of tea and home-baked goodies and among the other events will be Choral groups and Tarot Card readings. All donations kindly accepted for the Marie Keating Foundation – a very worthy cause.
The Foundation provides information on all the key cancers, including breast cancer, cervical cancer, throat cancer, lung cancer, skin cancer, prostate cancer, testicular cancer and bowel cancer. It does not receive any Government funding and all of their services are provided free of charge.
The event gets under way at 11am with presentation by the oncology Nurse and she will be happy to meet attendees afterwards to discuss any concerns.
