Handball
There was no joy for the County’s Handball representatives in the All-Ireland 60×30 Minor Doubles and Intermediate Doubles Finals on Saturday. Report here.
Oisin and Fionn Cusack qualified for the All-Ireland Under 17s Final following a 2 sets to 1 win over their Cavan counterparts. Magomed Yakhyaev also had a 2-1 win in the Under 15 Semi-Final while Halid Yakhyaev received a bye in the Under 17 Singles Semi-Final.
Gaelic Games
St Brigids and Padraig Pearses qualified for the Senior Football Championship Final (Reports here) and Four Roads qualified for the Senior Hurling Final. Catch up on all the results here.
Ladies Gaelic Football
Kilbride qualified for the Connacht Club Semi-Final, defeating St Nathys by 3-9 to 0-10.
Soccer

Rugby

Connacht got back to winning ways, defeating Edinburgh 28-15. Jack Carty kicked Penalties and Conversions but there was bad news for the other Rossie involved. Denis Buckley left the Sportsgrounds on crutches and the extent of his injury is unknown.
Golf
The Strokestown Ladies Team won the Roscommon Cup at Carrick Golf Club on Saturday.
