Senior Championship
Senior club championship returns this weekend with Athleague taking on Oran, Athleague will be hoping to secure a win and guide them straight in the County Final, while Oran will have their eyes set on causing a play-off situation to try to secure their placing. In the other match up St Dominics will be trying to cause an upset and secure a play-off situation, it’s all to be played for this weekend both games are at 5pm on Saturday evening.
Minor Championship
Clubs should be mindful that postponed games should be played ASAP.
U16 Championship
The last round of the U16 championship will be played on Saturday morning; Athleague, Oran , Tulsk will host Padraig Pearses, Roscommon Gaels and Four Roads with St. Dominics enjoying a bye this weekend.
U12 County Final
Our County Finals spanned across two days at three different venue, many thanks to St. Dominics, Roscommon Gaels and Athleague for hosting and also to all clubs for co-operating. Congratulations to Four Roads, Roscommon Gaels Hawks, Athleague and Roscommon Gaels Eagles who were victorious in their respective finals.
U8 Blitz
Many thanks to St Dominics club for hosting our final Blitz Day for our U8s on Friday last. The weather was kind to us and we were delighted to have a large group of players from our newly formed club in Boyle. A great evenings camogie was had with all clubs who attended having a great evening.
Camogie for Teens
All clubs have submitted their names for inclusion in this exciting initiative, we are looking forward to commencing it and we are hopeful that all the girls will enjoy the program.
