Seven Roscommon properties sell at latest Allsop Auction

A number of properties from County Roscommon went under the hammer at the latest Allsop auction in Dublin today.

The star attraction in the lead up to the sale was the former Royal Hotel premises in Boyle. It was said that up to eight parties were interested in the property however it was withdrawn from sale due to a “legal challenge”.
Details of the seven properties which were sold were as follows
A Four Bedroom Bungalow at “The Willows” Rooskey sold for €60,000
A Semi-Detached Four Bedroom house at Glenpatrick, Cortober sold for €90,000
A Two Acre site in Monksland sold for €160,000 – which was four times the reserve price
A Two Bedroom Apartment in Castlerea sold for €32,000 and a similar Apartment in the same development sold for €27,500.
A Five Bedroom Bungalow at Clonown Road, Athlone sold for €35,000
A Four Bedroom Bungalow at Kilglass Forest Park sold for €67,000
