St Croans 50-50 Draw

Congratulations to Conor Heaney, Castlerea who was last weeks 50/50 winner winning €266. This week’s collectors are members of Sean Og Higgins’ team. Our yearly 50/50 draw memberships are currently available from any committee member and cost €100. The yearly membership guarantees that you will be included in the draw each week. Results and Fixtures

Our Senior team had a great victory over neighbours Castlerea in the O’Gara Cup on Sunday in Enfield with a final scoreline of St.Croan’s 3-9 – Castlerea St Kevin’s 0-11.
Our next O’Gara Cup fixture is next Sunday 24th when we meet Kilbride in Enfield at 2 p.m.

Our Under 14’s were victorious over Clan Na Gael finishing on a scoreline of St Croan’s 3-6 Clan Na nGael B2-6.

St Croans Ladies Rounders

The team kicked off the first game of the season on Saturday playing against All Ireland Senior Ladies Champions, Bagnelstown in The Heath GAA ground in Portlaoise. Their next fixture is next Sunday in Limekiln in Dublin. New members welcome with full training provided for all levels. Gaeltacht Grant Competition

Finally, all secondary school students may apply for a Gaeltacht scholarship by submitting a short essay as Gaeilge (300 words) plus application form which can be downloaded under ‘Culture’ tab at www.gaaroscommon.ie – the closing date is Friday 29th April 2016.
