The Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Team, who are leading the search for missing Kiltoom man Anthony Henehan and Mayo man Ben Garrett have announced that today’s search will commence from Oranmore Community Centre, just off the N18 – Claregalway Road.
The search will get under way at 3pm and anyone wishing to take part is asked to wear a hi-viz vest or jacket, wellies, waterproof clothing, a walking stick and, if possible, a change of footwear, as they will be searching on challenging terrain. They have advised that a search usually lasts between two and three hours.
They have advised that roadworks are taking place in Oranmore at the moment and to allow extra journey time.
Anthony was last seen 35 days ago, on March 10th.
