Big wins for St Faithleachs Under 16 Girls

U16 Girls Championship D1: Monday 4th seen the girls play St.Barry’s, with St Faithleachs recording a win of 4-30 to 2-4, while Saturday 9th they played Kilmore winning 6-20 to 1-0. Team: C.Curley, M.Kelly, J.Brennan, S.Hoare, K.McPhillips, K.Byrne, J.Banahan, S.Scally, E.Irwin, M.Hickey, H.Barry, C.Hussey.

U12 Girls Eastern League: The girls also played their first league match on Friday and were narrowly defeated by Roscommon Gaels

Senior League : The Seniors play Michael Glaveys in round five of the O’ Gara Cup on Sunday April 17th at 2pm in Michael Glaveys GAA pitch.
Minor League D1 : The minor boys play St. Brigids on Friday 15th in Ballyleague.
U14 Boys League D3 : Thursday 14th, St Faithleachs play Western Gaels .

U6/U8 Training

Training has resumed on Thursday evenings at 6:45pm , if you have not yet registered your child please note that membership forms are available on the evening and all children are encouraged to take part in a fun and safe environment.

Jive Lessons

Thanks to all who attended Ballyleague Hall for the Jive Lessons and to Colin Butler who is facilitating the five week course, you can still join in on Tuesday evening at 8:30pm .

Drug and Alcohol Awareness Night

Our Health and Well-being officer is holding a Drug and Alcohol Awareness Night on Thursday 14th in the Clubhouse at 7pm , please note that all players over 14 are encouraged to attend as well as management, parents and or interested members of the community.

Talent by The Shannon

Have you a talent for performing that could earn you a cash prize??
‘Talent by the Shannon’ is an exciting new talent show that will take place in Ballyleague Hall on Friday May 27th, 2016. Top prize is €500, with €200 for 2nd place. So whether your talent is for singing, playing music, dancing, storytelling or something completely different, why don’t you get involved and enter? Entry fee is €25 per act and the competition is open to solo acts and group acts and there is no age limit! Email:[email protected] for application form, terms & conditions.
