The Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Team, who are leading the search for missing Kiltoom man Anthony Henehan have announced that tomorrow’s search will resume at Renmore and Ballyloughane Strand from 1pm
At the weekend the search had been focussing on Oranmore and switched to Renmore and Ballyloughane Strand this morning
Anyone wishing to take part in search is asked to present themselves at Liam Mellow’s GAA Club for a briefing at 1pm. The Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Team have re-emphasised the need for Volunteers to wear suitable clothing, including a hi-viz vest or jacket, Wellingtons, waterproof clothing, a walking stick and, if possible, a change of footwear, as they will be searching on challenging terrain, made all the more difficult by winds. They have advised that a search usually lasts between two and three hours.
