Carrick Golf Spring League
After what seemed like an eternity the 2016 Spring League concluded last weekend with Pat & Jim King, Adrian Beirne & Andy Connellan holding onto top spot by 4 points 262 from Tom Daly, Sean Gilmartin, Damien Duignan & Tom Martin on 258. The weekly winners were Round 1 2Man Shambles Tommy Aherne, Declan Jason & Niall Loftus 47 points. Round two went to Martin Carrington, Alan Ffrench, Joseph O’Reilly & Paul Weafer 43 points in 4Ball. Round three was 2Man Shambles and was won by The Barber & Kevin Masterson, Maurice & Liam Quinn with 49 points. Round 4 singles went to Michael Duignan, Sean Martin, Pascal McGuire & Albert Noone with 44 pts. The final round of 4Man Scramble went to Gerry Emmett, Pat Gannon, Tom Gallagher & Michael Keville on 45 points.
Club 4Some Qualifier
This weekend we have the start of the club match play qualifiers, with the club 4Some qualifier, play Saturday or Sunday top 8 pairings qualify for match play. The following weekend 23 & 24 April the Club 4Ball qualifier top 16 pairs qualify.
