Seven third level students from the county who have displayed potential and commitment towards Gaelic Games have been awarded Bursaries by Connacht GAA.
The recipients were Andrew Glennon (Michael Glaveys), Cathal Kenny (Oran), Joe Brennan (Tremane), Laura Brudell (Strokestown), Niall McInerney (St Brigids) Shane Killoran (Elphin) and Shehroz Akram, who plays his football with Ballaghaderreen GAA Club and Mayo.
