Kilbride GAA Lotto
There was no winner of the Kilbride Lotto draw which was held in Foxes on Saturday night. The numbers drawn were 7,16, 27 & 29. The five €20 winners drawn were Tully’s, 33 Ard Aoibhinn, Enda Gillooly, Fr Browne PP, Mary Creighton and Brian Hughes. The next draw will be held on the 30th April in The Red Parrot when the jackpot will be €1,950.
Results and Fixtures
Our intermediate team were defeated by Éire Óg by one point on Sunday, Kilbride 0-14 Eire Og 1-12. (See report in League Round-up.) They travel to Enfield next week to take on St Croan’s.
Our minors defeated Kilglass/St Barry’s on Friday in Kilbride, Kilbride 4-10 Kilglass/st Barry’s 1-10. They play their final group game on Friday in Ballyfarnon knowing that a win will see them into the final. Our U14 boys travel to Ballyleague to play St Faithleach’s on Thursday in round 3 of the league.
Our two U12 teams had good wins during the week. Our second team defeated St Ronan’s 6-09 to 0-03 while our division 2 team defeated Castlerea 6-14 to 1-02.

Congratulations to our U 16 team who qualified for the Division 3A final after a super win over neighbours Oran on Sunday evening in Kilbride.Final score 7-5 to 2-5. Their final takes place next Sunday 24th April in Mulhern Park Fuerty at 4.30 p.m. against Western Gaels .Please support the team and management on the day. Well done to our U 12’s who played their first game of the season in the non competitive league on Sunday morning in St.Faithleachs . Their next game is against Roscommon Gaels on Wednesday in Lisnamult time tbc. County Ladies Players
Hard luck to Aoife Leonard, Ellen O’Beirne and the co u 14 team who were defeated by Galway last weekend and good luck to them in their next game away to Sligo next Friday.
Hard luck also to Blaithin O’Beirne and the Co U 16 team who were so unlucky to be defeated by Galway last Wednesday evening in what was a wonderful game of football . Good luck to them in their next game away to Mayo next Wednesday evening.
