Senior Football
ROS GAELS 0-14  KILMORE 0-11
Ros Gaels emerged victorious over Kilmore in a hard fought league encounter played in perfect conditions @ Lisnamult. There was nothing between the teams in the opening half and with defences on top the halftime score was 0-4 to 0-4. Kilmore started the second half playing much the better football and took an early lead. However they could not maintain there momentum and The Gaels gradually got to grips at Midfield. Kieran Kilcline proved to be the decisive difference between the two teams kicking five excellent points from play……Kevin and Fergie take note! James McDermott kicked the final score of the game to give The Gaels a three point advantage. It was a game that could have swung either way and was in the balance right up until the final whistle. The man in the middle, Seamus Regan had a great game with the whistle and this allowed both teams to express themselves.
