Marie Corcoran Memorial Game
A St.Brigid’s selection played St Dominic’s on Saturday as part of a memorial weekend for Marie Corcoran.
An entertaining and enjoyable game was played with St.Brigid’s edging it on the scoreboard. The presentation of the trophy was made by Marie’s son David to her nephew Alan Daly.

U14 Boys Division 4 County Final: St Brigids 4-7, Michael Glavey’s 4-12

U14 Girls Division 1 County Final: St Brigids 3-3, Clann na nGael 1-10
Our u14 girls were very unfortunate to lose to Clann by a single point. Our girls were slow to get off the mark and despite a few chances just couldn’t get scores. At half time we were four points down. St. Brigid’s came out strong in the second half and despite being down eight points at one point we managed to get back level. However, Clann were able to get the point needed to win out the game.

St Brigids GAA Lotto
At the moment we are having an unprecedented run on the lotto jackpot. The lotto jackpot is now at an all time high never having reached this amount before. With the jackpot so high it is a great opportunity to raise vital funds for our club. It is also very easy to sell the lotto when the jackpot is so high. With this in mind we are asking people if they can take some lotto books and try and sell tickets to family, friends and work colleagues. If you think you coukd sell tickets please contact Barry on 086-8504676.
