Abbey Park
It is great to see the work being undertaken on the training pitch by John Foran. When the pitch re opens next year it will be a wonderful asset to the Club. The Clubs capacity to complete this project is due in no small part to the generosity of the many people who support the Clubs Lotto. Many many thanks to you all.
A warm word of appreciation also to the development committee of Aidan Lavin, Bernard Shannon, Michael Costello, Paul Beirne and Michael Brennan for overseeing the development.
Many thanks also to Gerard Tivnan and his team, Mark O Connor (Abbey Tree Services), Tony and Declan McGovern (Mc Govern Directional Drilling) and John Keville (Keville Engineering) for carrying out the very essential ancillary work on the training grounds.
