The N5 between Frenchpark and Ballaghaderreen has re-opened following a two vehicle collision at Sheepwalk.
The incident occurred at approximately 6pm and a man was subsequently airlifted to Sligo Hospital. The extent of his injuries or those of other parties involved, is not known at this time. The road was closed for a number of hours to enable an examination of the scene by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
