Results
The Royal Birkdale Nine-Hole competition for ladies and gents was played during the week. Gay Clarke was the best of the men while Fidelma Power was the best of the ladies.
The men’s 18 hole competition over the weekend was won by Martin Crinnegan, with Coman Neary in second and Pat McGonnell in third.
The ladies 1st round Golfer of the Year was also played over the weekend and it was all about the “young ones”. Sarah Collins and Zoey McDermott finished first and second respectively.
Strokestown Golf Club Spring League
The competition continues and round 2 must be completed by 16th April.

There is an 18 hole Stableford for both ladies and gents for the Easter weekend. All visitors welcome.
