Two Roscommon properties went under the virtual hammer at the latest Allsop On-Line Auction, which took place today – Wednesday, April 5th.
The auction featured a range of properties from residential to commercial and the following is a round-up of how the Roscommon properties fared.
A vacant a mid terrace retail unit at Carrick Retail Park just off the Boyle Road in Cortober sold for €105,000, which was above it’s reserve range of €70,000 – €80,000.
A four bedroom two-storey detached house in Ballinlough sold for €70,000, which was well above it’s reserve range of €45,000 – €55,000.
Meanwhile a mid terrace two storey property in Ballaghaderreen comprising of a restaurant unit and residential accommodation was withdrawn prior to the sale.
