Presentation night held for Four Roads Ladies Footballers

Four Roads

The club are held a successful registration and presentation night on Saturday last in Tisrara Community Centre. There was a great attendance of parents, players and family members. Siobhan Tully, player with the Kilbride Senior Champions, ex-County Roscommon footballer and handballer, was on hand to present the medals to the winning U12 and U14 girls and runner up medals to the U16 player. She gave a lovely speech and encouraged the girls to keep playing and to enjoy the game. The MC on the night was the club Chairperson Christina Corrigan, who welcomed everyone to the night, and thanked the players, committee members, trainers and the parents – who are designated chauffeur to both their own girls and to other girls in need of lifts also.
