Pride of the Parish this week goes to Darragh McGuire and Ross Eames who won the Connacht C title with Scoil Mhuire last Saturday, an absolutely fantastic achievement, well done lads.
Also well done to Natalie and the county ladies team on Saturday’s win.
Results and Fixtures
For the club it was a quiet weekend on the pitch as the weather played havoc causing games to be cancelled over the weekend.
Next weeks fixtures see our intermediate ladies take on Western Gaels in Frenchpark at 12pm.

Coaching for u8 & u10s continues this weekend with kevin on Friday 530-630 and u6 will take place sat am 10-11

Cardiac Screening Service
Would you be interested in a cardiac screening service which would come to our club and only take 20 minutes?
It is ultimately aimed at reducing incidents of SUDDEN ADULT DEATH SYNDROME (SADS) and also promoting a healthy lifestyle. Screening would include :
• A Personal & Family History Questionnaire
• A Medical Examination with a Doctor
• Lifestyle Assessment
• Blood Pressure measurement
• Obesity Screening
• 12 Lead Electrocardiogram (ECG)
• Consultant Cardiologist review and report
It’s for people aged 12 and older.
The cost is only €65 or people with LAYA health Insurance can avail of it for free.
