Roscommon Gardaí are advising Roscommon GAA Supporters heading to Sunday’s FBD League Final in Kiltoom that parking is “prohibited” on the nearby N61 National Secondary Road.
Roscommon GAA Supporters attending the game are instructed to park in the car parks at St Brigid’s GAA club and not to park on the road. Cars parked on the road will be ticketed and drivers may be prosecuted under the road traffic act.
Speaking earlier Roscommon GAA Chairperson Seamus Sweeney appealed to supporters “We urge all motorists to park in the designated car parks and please do not park on the road, there will be adequate parking at the ground and please follow the directions of the stewards”.
The Roscommon Squad for the Final was announced on Wednesday and shows a number of positional and personnel changes.
