Community walk
The recently launched Health and Wellbeing initiative has planned a community awareness walk for Good Friday, 14th April.
Coaching Courses
A compulsory foundation level coaching course will be held in Strokestown school on Friday 10th February next from 7-10pm and on Saturday 11th at 10am. Also the Award 1 coaching course youth and senior is taking place in the Hub in Castlerea on Friday 24th March at 7 pm, Saturday 25th March at 10am and Saturday 1st April at 10am.
St Croans Ladies GAA
Our Junior girls have commenced training and training will continue on Sunday mornings in Enfield at 11am. New members are always welcome.
Training for U16 girls continues on Tuesday evenings in Fr. Flanagan Memorial Centre Ballymoe from 8 to 9.30 and Sunday afternoons from 12.30 to 2 pm. All players are asked to attend and new members are always welcome.
St. Croans Ladies will host a Club Mentors course on Monday 6th February. This course is open to all clubs and for further details please contact Howard Simpson 087 9010643.
Our scrap metal collection has been very successful to date and has raised much needed funds for both St. Croans Ladies and Ballymoe tidy towns. Congrats to Amy Malone who was a member of the Connaught Post Primary Schools team which represented Connaught at the PPS Inter Pros in Kinnegad on Saturday last. They defeated Munster and Leinster and reached the cup final but were defeated by Ulster. Well Done Amy.
