The FAI have announced that a number of Coaching positions are available for the 2017 FAI Summer Soccer Schools.

The FAI Summer Soccer Schools aim to provide children between the ages of 6 and 14 the opportunity to attend a week-long football summer camp over the holiday period. Last year they were held a eight venues throughout Roscommon and East Galway in July and August.
Qualified Coaches can apply by completing this Application Form and by following the instructions therein. The deadline for applications is February 26th. For further information please contact the FAI Development Office for Roscommon, Adrian Carberry, on 086 0455 957 or email [email protected]
Only coaches who are Garda Vetted and have completed their Safeguarding 1 (Child Welfare Workshop) will be considered. Further information and instructions on Garda Vetting can be found here and a full list of Child Protection in Sport Awareness Workshops can be found here.
Interested parties who don’t yet have a Coaching Qualification can undertake a Kick Start 1/PDP 1 Coaching Course at the Roscommon and District Football League Grounds, Lecarrow on Saturday January 28th. Full details can be found here.
