Bowling Night
The U.12 & U.14 players had a bowling night on Friday night, 6th January in Ros Bowl at which the Under 12 and Under 14 championship medals were presented to the Players. Each player was also presented with a Sliotar so that they can practice their skills.

Pancake Party.
The Under 8 and Under 10 players had a Pancake Party and Disco in the Community Centre on Saturday night, 7th January. At the end of the evening each Player on the two panels were presented with Certificates and a Sliotar.

The Club would like to thank the members of the Senior team who came along to the presentations of the Medals and Certificates to the Under-age teams.

Athleague Camogie Club Dinner Dance
The Club are having a Dinner Dance on Friday, 17th February in Hannon’s Hotel, Roscommon at which the County Minor championship medals together with the Spring League, Senior Championship and Connacht Intermediate Medals for the Senior team will be presented. Tickets will be available from Club Members. The cost of the tickets will be €30. It is hoped that a large number of parishioners will attend to support the girls.

Athleague Camogie Club would like to wish Sarah O’Roarke a member of the Under 16 and Minor teams who has a Project in the Young Scientist competition this week. Sarah attends St. Mary’s College, Ballygar.

The Club would also like to wish the best of luck to the Convent of Mercy Senior Camogie team who are playing in the Connacht Colleges Camogie Final this week. A number of players from the Club are involved with the team.
