This year’s Kilbride GAA Dinner Dance has been fixed for Thursday 29th December in the Abbey Hotel. Tickets are priced at €40 each for a 4 course meal, band and disco. Our victorious ladies team will be honoured on the night. Tickets will go on sale shortly and they will be in huge demand as numbers are limited so members are advised to purchase them early to avoid disappointment. See our Facebook page for updates.

Ladies Club AGM
The Ladies Club AGM took place on Saturday night and was well attended . All the various cups and trophies were on display following a phenomenal year for the club. Club Chairperson Elaine Hanley did not seek re election following 3 years at the helm. The club is indebted to Elaine for being a wonderful chairperson and wish her well for the future. Our hard working Secretary Carmel Keane had also stepped down and thanks are also due to Carmel for all the time and effort she has put in to ensure the smooth running of the club. Alison Neary remains on as registrar as does Sandra Shanagher as PRO. Alice Kelly was elected as children’s officer.
Unfortunately we did not elect a new chairperson or secretary on the night. These are two vital roles which must be filled if the club is to continue. If anyone is interested please contact any member of the ladies or men’s committee.

Presentation
Congrats to Ellen O’Beirne, Aoife Leonard, Blaithin O Beirne , Niamh Shanagher and Fiona Tully who received their county medals from Cora Staunton and Cathal Cregg at a special presentation evening organised by the ladies county board.
