Roscommon LEADER and Public Participation Network go on tour

Roscommon LEADER

Roscommon Public Participation Network and Roscommon LEADER Partnership have joined forces to bring information roadshows to seven venues throughout Roscommon.

The aim of the Roadshows is to give community and voluntary organisations and individuals the opportunity to find out more about programmes and supports available from both organisations.

Roscommon LEADER Partnership delivers a range of rural, social, and economic programmes at local level throughout Roscommon. Areas include:
– Capital Grant Aid.
– Technical Assistance.
– Guidance and Mentoring.
– Information and support.
– Training Opportunities and Development Initiatives.

The aim of the Roscommon Public Participation Network is to connect Roscommon County Council with the community, social inclusion and environmental sectors in the county.

Each Roadshow will run from 7pm until 8.30pm with refreshments served afterwards.
Monday, October 24th – Roscommon LEADER Partnership Offices, Golf Links Road, Roscommon town
Tuesday October 25th – King House, Boyle
Wednesday, October 26th – Monksland Community Centre
Thursday, October 27th – CDP Offices, The Shambles, Ballaghaderreen
Wednesday, November 2nd – Percy French Hotel, Strokestown
Thursday, November 3rd – Moore Community Centre, Ballydangan
Tuesday, November 8th – Castlerea Enterprise Hub.

A representative from each Roscommon LEADER Partnership and the Public Participation Network will be present at each venue to engage with the audience and to answer any questions relating to their area of expertise.
