Just one Roscommon property sold at today’s Allsop On-line property Auction.
The former “Kilbride Inn” sold for €42,000. The bidding opened at €30,000 and following six further bids, from two bidders, in a 40 minute spell, the Hammer Price was reached. The property features a ground floor Bar and Lounge together with a four bedroom dwelling overhead. The property benefits from a large Car Park to the side and 4.5 Acres of farm land to the rear.
A former Equestrian Centre on 9.5 acres, located between Scramogue and Ballyleague, attracted no bids.
Two other Roscommon properties were due to do under the hammer today but were withdrawn prior to the Auction. They were a mixed Residential / Commercial Building on Main Street, in Elphin and similar property in Strokestown.
