Thanks again to Adele Corcoran who was on hand to referee. Having been due to play St. Brigid’s on Saturday morning, due to poor weather conditions, that game was postponed and will now take place on Tuesday evening, 6th September.
St Dominic’s Minor and Junior panels had a very enjoyable training session on Sunday morning last. The session was taken by Roscommon Senior players Diarmuid and Ciaran Murtagh. Many thanks to the lads for their time and energy, the sharing of their football knowledge and experience and for their motivational team talk. Thanks also to the large number of girls that made it to the session, not an easy feat first thing on a Sunday morning, especially with all the other commitments that the girls have this time of year. It would not have been possible without the help and support of our wonderful Ladies Football Committee at St Dominics, thanks to Mary, Breda and Michael for the refreshments provided afterwards.
