Ballymoe FC 3-1 St. Johns Athletic
The senior team stared off the season with a victory away to St. Johns Athletic in the Premier Division. John Connaughton opened the scoring with a header in the first half and Ballymoe held the lead at the break. St. Johns were level ten minutes into the second half but Ballymoe got goals from James Connaughton and Adrian Collins to gain all 3 points.
Ballymoe FC 5-2 Kilkerrin
The U-18 team won their first game on the new surface in Ballymoe when they beak Kilkerrin on Saturday. Kevin Kilcommins, Niall Mulhearn, Jason Egan and two from the impressive Damien Goggins were the goalscorers.
