National Heritage Week takes place between the 20th and 28th of August and there will be lots of things to do in Roscommon as well as nationwide.

Athleague-Fuerty Heritage Group are hosting a guided tour of places of significant historical & cultural interest in the parishes of Athleague and Fuerty.
There’s free admission to the Irish National Famine Museum or try the “Woodland Fun Trail” for Kids age 9 to 99 or (Free Admission) at Strokestown Park House.
