St Brigids GAA News update August 23rd

St Brigids
Adult Championships

So this weekend coming is a crucial weekend for our adult teams.
Our Senior ladies face Clan na nGael, Saturday evening at 7pm in the county semi-final.
Our Junior’s take on St. Ronan’s at 5pm in Strokestown in their last game of the group stages. This is followed by the Senior men’s game where they face Castlerea St. Kevin’s at 6:45pm also in Strokestown. This is also their last game of the group stages.
It is unfortunate that the Ladies and Men’s game are on at the same time, but we would ask that as many people as possible come along and show your support for our teams.

St Brigids GAA Lotto

At the moment we are having an unprecedented run on the lotto jackpot. With the jackpot so high it is a great opportunity to raise vital funds for our club. It is also very easy to sell the lotto when the jackpot is so high. With this in mind we are asking people if they can take some lotto books and try and sell tickets to family, friends and work colleagues. If you think you coukd sell tickets please contact Barry on 086-8504676.
St. Brigid’s lotto can be played in all local shops and pubs, as well as online stbrigids.gaa.ie. Tickets are only €2 each and this week’s jackpot is €16,400.
