Well done to the U8 and U10 girls who played another friendly, this time they were at home to St. Ciarans, it was great to watch this bunch of girls in action putting the skills they learned at training into practice and having fun doing so. Thanks to Adel Corcoran who refereed their game.

St Dominic’s minor ladies play away to St Faithleachs next Thursday the 4th of August at 7pm, all support welcome.

Our Roscommon leisure Zone sponsored Junior team were hosts to Roscommon Gaels in Round 2 of their Championship on Monday the 18th of July last. St. Dominic’s were emphatic winners on the day with Julie Healy, Sorcha Casey and Caoimhe McIntyre shining for the forwards and Aisling McNally and Ciara McIntyre as always reliable in defence, it was good to see such a large panel of girls to choose from on the day. We wish a speedy recovery to goalkeeper Jade from Roscommon Gaels who picked up an injury during the match. Training continues Tuesday and Friday evenings.
Also, we welcome back to the panel Cathy Dervan who has been away.
