Roscommon County Council have granted the HSE Planning Permission to construct a Garden facility to the rear of the Psychiatric Unit at Roscommon Hospital.
The proposed “Psychiatric Garden” will be 400 square meters in size and will be finished with a mix of hard and soft landscaping. It will also feature two Shelters. The Garden will be surrounded by 2.4m high walls which will be faced externally in cut stone.
The HSE have also been given Planning Permission 14 external directional signs at various locations throughout the Roscommon Hospital Campus.
