Just one Roscommon property sold at today’s Allsop On-line property Auction.
The three Bedroom semi-detached House at Tarmon Harbour sold for €111,000. The opening Bid was €100,000 and in the space of 15 minutes two bidders rapidly exchanged offers.
A second lot of property, from Boyle, was withdrawn prior to the Auction. The lot comprised of the former “Abbey Bar” on St Patrick’s Street as well as two adjacent buildings – a former hair salon and a three bedroom townhouse.
