Two lots of County Roscommon properties went under the hammer at the latest Allsop auction in Dublin today.
Lot 45, which comprised of Units 2, 9, 10 & 11 Westpoint Business Park, Monksland, sold for €300,000. This was within the reserve range €280,000 – €300,000.
The Units are currently occupied by the Fusion Training Centre, the Athlone Gymnastics Club, Jumplanes and HGA Stores.
Lot 97, the Kilbride Inn, Four Mile House, sold for €80,000. This was above the reserve range of €65-75,000.
Another Roscommon property which was listed to be sold, a semi-detached three bedroom house in Tarmonbarry, was withdrawn prior to the auction.
