MK Financial Stableford
Gary Vesey won the MK Financial Sponsored Stableford on Sunday 12 June with 42 points taking top spot on B9 from Liam Quinn also with 42 points. Nathan Flynn won the Gross and Niall Sweeney was third with 40.

Inter-Club; And then there was one!
Only team standing on the inter club scene is Sean Gilmartin’s Cecil Ewing All-Ireland 4Ball who play Galway Golf Club on Saturday next, June 25th.
The Pierce Purcell team bowed out at Zone Semi Final stage to Ballina loosing 3-2. The home teams of Eamonn McGirl & Joe Bruen won 5/4, Shane Kelly & Chris Lowe lost 4/3 and Paul O’Brien & Fiachra Neary lost 5/4 while away Pat Gannon & Michael Keville won 3/2 and Tom Daly & Lam Bruen lost 3/2.
Next up, on July 9th, is the Junior Cup qualifier (north zone) in Carrick Golf Club.

The annual Club Classic has been deferred to a later date, so this weekend we have 18 hole stableford, play Saturday 25th or Sunday 26th.
On Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of July we have the Junior & Intermediate Scratch Cup.

Junior Golf Open Evening
Carrick Golf Club invite parents and students (7-17yrs of age) to a Free Open Evening, this Thursday June 23rd from 7-8pm. Meet our Junior Convenors Ann Cox and Brendan Boyle.
