“Talent By The Shannon”, in aid of Ballagh National School, takes place in Ballyleague Hall on Friday, May 27th.
Contestants of all ages and hailing from throughout the surrounding areas will battle it out for honours and with 15 Acts taking part there will be something to entertain everyone. Performers include solo singers, a ukulele player, a youth choir, classical ballet dancers, traditional Irish musicians and dancers.
MC on the night is Eamon O’Flaherty and there are two great prizes on offer: A voters’ prize of €500 and a judges’ prize of €200.
Admission is €10 for Adults, €5 for Students/OAPs and there’s a Family Ticket priced at €25. Please be certain to come along and enjoy the variety of talent which will be showcased on the night. The event, organised by the Parent’s Association of Ballagh NS, gets under way at 8pm and promises to be a night not to be missed.
