Four Roads Gaelic4Girls begins
Four Roads Ladies Gaelic Football Club are delighted to introduce Gaelic4Girls which starts on Thursday April 14th in the Community Sports Park. This is an 8 week programme aimed at increasing participation in Ladies Gaelic football among 8-12 year old girls in our Parish. The session will run from 6.45pm-7.45pm. The programme is focused on fun and participation, allowing girls to get an introduction to football in a non-competitive environment. On completion of the programme participants are presented with certificates and a T shirt. There will also be an opportunity to attend a mini blitz. This is a great way to make new friends and learn a new sport. The cost for the entire programme is €8. Following the 8 weeks the girls will be encouraged to register with our Ladies football Club and integrate into existing teams. For more information contact Valerie (087)7584353.
