St Brigids Monster Progressive 25 Card Game

 
Takes place on Friday, March 18th at St Brigids Sports and Social Centre, Kiltoom. €5,000 in prize money is up for grabs and admission is €20 per person. Participants are guaranteed at least twenty games.
This promises to be an excellent night’s entertainment while being an important fundraiser for St Brigids. Please support if you can and if you don’t play cards, spread the news about this card-playing extravaganza! 

Parents/Guardians, Coaches and Players Information Night

 
Player welfare will take place Monday, February 29th, 7.30 – 9.30pm in St. Brigid’s GAA Club. The focus of the night is player welfare. Topics:
Nutrition: General and sports related 
Top Sport Nutritionist Amanda McLoone, Roscommon Footballer, who works with county football teams and international squads, will provide us with valuable information. 
Concussion 
Karol Mannion, well known Roscommon and St Brigids Footballer, will raise the awareness for all of us about this important topic. 
Injury and Burnout reduction in Young players 
Darragh Sheehy, Physiotherapist and the owner of the locally based, Positive Results Health, will provide guidelines to help improve the well being of our young players. 
All club coaches and players, including their parents, are very welcome.

Club registration due

It’s that time of the year again when club registration is due. Adult membership is €50, Adult Player membership (including insurance) is €80 and membership for u18’s is €60. Registration forms will be available in the local national schools in the coming week. It is essential that everyone intending to play with St Brigids is a registered member of the club. Anyone that is not registered will not be eligible for selection by team managers.
