“Code Of Best Practice in Youth Sport” course
The Club is holding a “Code Of Best Practice in Youth Sport” course in the Clubhouse on Friday 26th Feb. starting at 7pm sharp. We are hoping to get as many as possible from the club qualified as current GAA regulations direct that all persons working with teams with any players (under 18) are required to have completed this course. Therefore without this qualification persons are not entitled to be present on the sideline of a game or have any involvement in a team. Please contact Club Coaching Officer David McDonnell with your name and contact details if you are willing to participate in same or contact any member of the committee ASAP. This course is acceptable for both Men’s and Ladies codes and also other sporting organisations as it is approved by the Irish Sports Council.
