Strokestown Golf Club hosted the Ladies Inter-club competition on Sunday last, April 2nd.
The event was a huge success with 56 ladies playing in glorious sunshine. After the Golf the ladies retreated to the Clubhouse for food and the presentation of prizes. Strokestown Golf Club Lady Captain, Helena King thanked all the ladies who supported the event. She also thanked all the ladies who helped out on the day. The next Inter-club competition will be in Ballaghadreen.
Fixtures
The Spring League continues and Round 2 of the competition must be played by the 16th April.
Next weekend the men have a Stableford competition while the ladies have their 1st round of the Golfer of the Year.
Meanwhile the ladies 9 hole running Easter Bunny competition continues.
All ladies and men are asked to support all the club competitions.
