Fiona Tully and Jennifer McCormack came heartbreakingly close to winning the 60×30 Ladies Minor Doubles All-Ireland title in Abbeylara last Saturday.
60×30 Ladies Intermediate Doubles All-Ireland Final
In the following match Fiona’s older sister Siobhan teamed up with Laura Mannion to try and win the Ladies Intermediate Doubles title and as expected it was mission impossible for the Roscommon girls.
60×30 Juvenile All-Ireland Semi-Finals
Halid Yakhyaev received a walkover from Ulster in the Under 17 singles while there were wins for Oisin and Fionn Cusack and Magomed Yakhyaev.

60×30 All-Irelands at St Comans
St Comans Handball Club hosted no less than six 60×30 All-Ireland finals in the last week. The highlight was probably a rare big alley win for the legendary 40×20 player Paul Brady in Intermediate doubles, where he teamed up with his cousin James Brady to beat Kilkenny’s Love brothers William and Daniel. Another popular win on Wednesday night was Sligo’s Golden Masters doubles win over Tipperary. The ageless Francie McCann and powerful Martin Cooney combined impressively to beat a strong looking Premier outfit.
