Men’s Football
Senior Team

The Devine & Co chartered Accountants sponsored senior team had a very important win in the Div 1 league on Friday evening last against Strokestown in Frenchpark. In a tight 1st half a late scoring surge helped by a goal from Cathal Cregg helped us to a 5pt lead at half time 1-10 to 1-05. We had a good start to the 2nd half with scores from Niall Murray, Barry Creighton and a well worked team goal by Niall Higgins put us up 2-12 to 1-06 mid way through the hald and despite a strong fightback from Strokestwn near the end we held on for the points on a final scorleine of Western Gaels 2-13 Strokestown 2-09.

We are back in championship action again next Sunday when we face Michael Glaveys in the final group game in Castlerea at 1pm.

Junior Team

The Devine & Co chartered Accountants sponsored Junior Team play their last group game of the championship against Castlerea on Friday night next at 8.30pm. Venue to be confirmed closer to the weekend.

Minor Team

The Michael Cooney & Sons Ltd sponsored minor team play Boyle in Boyle on Thursday evening and then face Castlerea on sunday evening next at 6pm, check fixtures for confirmed details.

U-12 Boys Team

The Drury Oil Ltd sponsored U-12 team have qualified for the knock out stages of the Summer league, check fixtures for confirmed details.

Ladies Football
Adult Ladies Team

The Kilrane O’Callaghan & Co adult ladies intermediate team have qualified for the knock out stages of the championship, they play St. Ciaran’s on Sunday. Check fixtures for confirmed details.

U-14 Ladies Team

The U-14 girls played Eire Og on Sunday evening last in Frenchpark, Eire Og were the stronger team and and secured the points, the girls are back in action again next Sunday, check fixtures for confirmed details.
