Registration for Carrick RFC Summer Tag Rugby continues this Thursday evening June 2nd at 7.30 PM at the Showground’s, Boyle Road, Carrick on Shannon while pitch maintenance work continues at Carrick RFC grounds in Castlecarra. Tag rugby is non contact, it caters for all abilities, so if you are looking for a way to keep fit, make new friends come along and join us on the 2nd. Connacht Rugby Summer Camp
Following on from the success of the 2015 Connacht Rugby Summer Carrick RFC will host this year’s summer camp from July 11th to 15th inclusive. Your child will have the opportunity to learn new rugby skills, enhance their talents and meet new friends in a safe and fun environment. The camps are open to all levels of rugby, and no experience is required. All coaches are qualified and each camp will be attended by a professional player from Connacht rugby. Carrick RFC AGM
Carrick RFC will hold their AGM in the Bush Hotel on June 14th at 8PM. All players, parents, coaches or anyone with an interest in rugby is welcome to attend.
Carrick RFC Annual Awards and Dinner Dance
We will be hosting an Awards Night at our Annual Dinner Dance on Friday June 17th at 7:30pm in The Bush Hotel. New awards have been added this year and include all sections of the club.
Guest speaker on the night is former Irish International and Connacht Player Eric Elwood. Eric is the current Connacht Domestic Games / Club & Community Manager.
Entertainment on the night will be provided by Late Nite Radio & D.J. ’till late. Tickets cost €40 and a great night of entertainment is anticipated.
