Athleague-Tremane Underage Hurling Club are hosting their annual 5K and 10K Fun Run, or walk, on Sunday June 4th.
The course, along scenic routes, is flat and therefore suitable for runners of all abilities. The Entry fee is just €10 and children go free. Registration will be held at Athleague Community Centre from 11am and the run starts at 12pm.
Although it’s a Fun Run there will be prizes for the first male and first female home. For further information contact David Carr on 0868836528.
All proceeds from the event will go to Athleague-Tremane Under 14 Hurling team who are one of the teams representing the county at Féile na nGael at the end of June.
