Senior Team

Our King & Moffat sponsored senior team are in action this Sunday at 2pm when we host Clann Na nGael in Kilmore in the 3rd round of the O Rourke cup. We wish the team the best of luck and please come out and support the team.

Underage

Our U-14 team of Kilmore/Shannon Gaels play St Ciarans away on this Thursday evening at 7pm.

Our U-8 & U-10 teams took part in a challenge game against St Michaels on Friday evening last. Thanks to St Michaels for hosting the challenge.

Minor Table Quiz & Presentation

On Thursday night the 13th of April at 8pm Kilmore/Shannon Gaels minor clubs will host their annual table quiz in Glancys bar, Cortober. A great night’s entertainment is guaranteed. Tables of 4 are welcome in both junior and adult teams. We would especially encourage all parents of underage players to get a team together for the quiz. The minor Div 3 champions of 2016 will also be presented with their medals on the night.

Ladies Football

Our U-16 girls team were successful against Roscommon Gaels on Sunday last and are through to the semi final next weekend.
Our U-12 girls team played Shannon Gaels in their first game in the Northern League.

Kilmore GAA 50/50 draw

Our 50/50 draw takes place on this Sunday night at 10pm in Earleys Hillstreet. Envelopes cost just €2 each or 3 for €5 and are on sale throughout the parish. Brian Carroll’s team are on selling duty this week.

Meeting

An executive meeting of Kilmore GAA will take place on this Thursday evening in the clubrooms at 9pm.

Congratulations

The club congratulates our Club Secretary Jamie Sharkey and Joann Finnerty who got engaged at the weekend and we also congratulate our senior team player Gary Connellan & Sinead McKeon who also got engaged at the weekend.

Condolences

Kilmore GAA Club extends its sympathy to the family of the late Noel Flood, Taughnamore who passed away last week.
